We clean our vending machines on a regular basis to ensure that they remain clean and sanitary. We also perform deep cleanings periodically to maintain their appearance and functionality.  We are currently rolling out a customer request site to allow you to determine what your maintenence needs might be if you so desire.

While you are currently able to enter product and or maintenance requests online, we are also currently working on a launch of our customers voice program where we can schedule a time to  physically be at  your disposal to spend time at the machine to ensure we are getting any product requests you and your employees/customers might have.  These type suggestions are also taken here on our website for any employee you approve to access.  While we can't guarantee to fulfill every desire, it is our goal to best serve you as much as we possibly can.   The customers voice program will also be focusing and any recommendations you might want to provide. 

If a product gets stuck in the vending machine, simply contact us and we will send a technician to fix the issue. If the product cannot be removed, we will refund your money or provide a replacement product.
